Market Bistro chosen for Giles Coren’s world sustainable food guide.

Market Bistro, in King’s Lynn, is one of only two Norfolk restaurants to be featured in ‘Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery’, a guide to the world’s finest food experiences throughout 45 countries. Curated by 57 experienced food writers, including restaurant critic of The Times, Giles Coren, collectively the guide features just 1,250 restaurants. The editorial team commented on the selection process: ‘They will be chosen on the basis of outstanding food, but also on the quality of their service and atmosphere, their care for the environment, care for the source of their food, and their care for customers, staff and the community in which they operate.’

The guidebook listing comes as Market Bistro is also awarded ‘Best use of Norfolk Produce on a menu’ in the Norfolk Hero Food & Drink Awards 2018.
