Now operating from a spacious new showroom based near Fakenham, Amanda and Stephen Oldfield are experts at crafting and restoring dreamy beds that sure beat counting sheep to guarantee a good nights rest.
All their beautiful wrought iron and brass bedsteads are handmade here in Norfolk by craftsmen using traditional construction techniques (meaning they are solid enough to warrant a lifetime construction guarantee). Stephen tells us that they are probably one of the only, if not the only, company in the Country that actually still manufactures its own iron and brass beds. These facts have resulted in their beds being shipped all over the world.
Little sleepers are catered for with the delightful Children’s bed range (all charming and proofed against child-related destruction at the same time). Even the loyal family pet can enjoy one of the Wrought Iron & Brass Bed Co.’s fabulous dog beds (chew-proof with a waterproof, wipe clean mattress and personalisable with your furry friends’ initial).
All adult beds are available to your specific specifications, coming in a range of colours, sizes, materials (brass, iron, chrome) and choice of bed knobs. If you decide to opt for a mammoth-sized bespoke bed, the Wrought Iron & Brass Bed Co. also specialise in bespoke mattresses to ensure you can get one large enough to fit!
