Based at both Creake Abbey Studios and Holt, Tidal Therapies offers a unique and holistic approach to wellbeing through the combination of complementary therapies, exercise and nutrition. Think less beauty salon, and more ’Wellness Centre’.
That’s not to say you won’t find a plethora of utterly divine sounding beauty-boosting treatments available, but all also provide the added benefits of treating the mind, body and soul. Beauty is more than skin-deep at Tidal Therapies.
Treatments for the body include the full body Hot Compress Massage, which involves compresses made of traditional Thai herbs being heated and applied to the skin using a time-honoured Thai Massage technique and the Intensive Back Facial Treatment, designed to target one of the most neglected areas of the body and essential for swimwear-clad holidays.
Facial treats include the Collagen Hydrating Facial – perfect for dry, dehydrated and tired skin and the Holistic Facial, which also includes a back and scalp treatment to leave you feeling shiny and super-chilled.
If it’s a more complete overhaul you’re looking for, why not try Tidal Therapies’ nutritional and weight loss consultations, or fitness programs, including Personal Training, 1-to-1 Yoga for remedial therapy or the unbelievably fabulous Nordic Walking Classes. Developed by the Norwegian Cross Country Ski Team, this workout uses specially designed Nordic Poles to tone the whole body in a fun, sociable way that is easy on the hip and knee joints. Burning 45% more calories than ordinary walking, yet still enabling you to enjoy fresh air and the best scenery North Norfolk has to offer. Getting fit and healthy never sounded so appealing.

Sat 9am-10am (begin Fakenham)
Taster Class – £5, including hire of pole
Normal Class £7.50 incl hire of poles or £30 for 5 classes.
