Wooden toys, crabs and tractors on the Titchwell village sign and wooden boats.

Well established now in Little Walsingham (just along from b-fair, a similarly with-it, fairly traded boutique for grown ups), bkidz is two and a half rooms of sheer delight. Funky, bright clothing from newborn to 14 years old and children’s toys, games and gifts that you won’t find easily on the high street adorn every inch of this marvellous shop.

The shop in Dalegate Market sits alongside a collection of other lovely retail outlets, a rather fabulous café and the popular Deepdale Campsite. It offers shelf upon shelf of gorgeous goodies: brightly coloured plush toys, traditional wooden toys, creative and educational toys, puzzles, clothing and gifts. Purposely seeking out toys and gifts that are a ‘little bit different’, you will be hard pressed to find most items in high street stores.

Found in the lovely Creak Abbey Studios, Bells & Whistles is self-described as ‘a collection of unique and special children’s clothing and gifts with a nostalgic twist for imaginative and spirited boys and girls up to about 10 years’.
