Situated in six acres of beautiful wooded grounds that overlook 800 acres of Deer Park, this 200-year old former shooting lodge is a stunning dining venue, whether you are resident at the Hotel or not.
A short trip from the City of Norwich and only miles from the breathtaking North Norfolk coast, the Langtry Restaurant (as elegant as its namesake - the celebrated Victorian beauty and mistress of the Prince of Wales, Lillie Langtry) is perfect for a long, languid lunch or a romantic evening rendezvous.
Styled in-keeping with the impressive Country House setting of Elderton Lodge, you can choose to dine in the intimate, candle-lit Dining Room or in the bright, elegant Conservatory, where the summer sunset over Gunton Deer Park makes for an unforgettable backdrop as you dine.
The Langtry has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes, confirming its position among the very best of Norfolk restaurants. This achievement has been fulfilled through Head Chef Daniel Savage and his dedicated team demonstrating careful use of the best local, seasonal produce to create a regularly changing menu that is both delicious and excellent value for money.
Vegetarian diners and children are happily catered for and Sunday Lunch at the Langtry is a particular treat.
Both the Conservatory and the Langtry Dining Room are available to hire for private functions (wedding receptions, parties, corporate events) - the friendly team at Elderton Lodge are on hand to make your occasion truly special.
Lunches are served between 12noon and 2.30pm.
Dinner is served between 6.30pm and 9pm daily.
Booking is advised wherever possible to avoid disappointment (particularly for Sunday lunch).
