The new Management Development Centre has 20 bedrooms and can cater for up to 34 adults. It features a conference suite along with syndicate rooms, a lounge and a licensed bar (perfect for unwinding and sharing adventure stories after a days excitement).
Ideal for developing transferable personal and professional skills through practical, enjoyable and challenging experiences, activities available include the thrilling high ropes, climbing, the ‘Big Zipper’ (the ultimate adrenaline rush – whiz through the forest canopy at over 25 mph for 150m), assault course, archery, swimming, mountain biking, woodland games, orienteering and the ‘crate stacking challenge’.
Experienced staff deliver all courses and activities, and solutions are built around your own goal, ensuring you and your team get the most of your Hilltop experience. Hilltop are practised in the facilitation of Business Simulation Exercises and tutors use proven management models SDI ® (Strength Deployment Inventory), Belbin and NLP.
